00:00The province of Aurora is ready for the possible effects of the typhoon Marse.

00:04It is proven that their equipment, particularly the rescue equipment, is positioned.

00:16The Aurora Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office or PDRRMO

00:22is ready for the possible effects of the typhoon Marse in the province.

00:27According to PDRRMO Chief Elson Egargue,

00:30their assets related to logistics and rescue operations such as speedboats,

00:37rubber boats, rescue trucks and ambulances and their mobile command and control center vehicles or MOCOV are already on standby.

00:44Egargue also confirmed the readiness of evacuation centers, food and non-food items

00:50that are needed in case there is an earthquake to the houses in the coastal areas of the province.

00:56Meanwhile, the PDRRMO Emergency Operations Center remains in a blue alert status

01:02as part of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Protocols of the province.

01:07In addition, it is now prohibited to travel in all types of sea vehicles

01:12that pass through the Coast Guard Station Aurora Area of Responsibility in order to avoid any accidents.

01:19Egargue also reminded his fellow countrymen

01:22that it is important for them to have a copy of the Emergency Medical Service Hotline
