00:00The Philippines is almost out of breath because of the next-to-next typhoon.
00:05The government's Php 8 billion quick response fund is about to run out,
00:09but the NDRMC says it will be full again.
00:12Darlene Kai is in the news.
00:18While the typhoon Marse is still raging in the north of Luzon,
00:21five typhoons have not passed through Cagayan Valley
00:24according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council or NDRMC.
00:28Eight roads have not passed through the region,
00:30including Ilocos Region and Cordilleras.
00:35And landslides have affected roads in Peñablanca, Cagayan,
00:38and Adams, Ilocos Norte, although none were damaged.
00:41We are not the only ones missing because of the typhoon Marse.
00:45But 32,000 were severely affected,
00:48including 17,000 in evacuation centers in Regions 1, 2, and Cordilleras Administrative Region.
00:55Local governments and the Social Welfare Department continue to assist the typhoons.
