00:00Police arrested the actor Ken Chan and seven others in the second floor.

00:06The actor has an arrest warrant for the case of syndicated staff,

00:09especially if he is involved in a looted business.

00:21the police went to his house in Quezon City

00:24to file a warrant of arrest against the actor Ken Chan,

00:27especially in the case of syndicated staff,

00:29which was looted by the actor and seven others in the regional trial court of the QC.

00:34Atty. Noel Joseph Estrada did not mention

00:36that his client looted the complaint against the actor.

00:39But what he said is that he gave less than P14 million as an investment in their business.

00:45According to Atty. Estrada,

00:47Ken Chan is the one who convinced the victim to invest.

00:51He promised 10% monthly interest.

00:55He is the one who actively solicited.

00:58He gave money to the complainant, to our client,

01:01and he said that he will invest in the restaurant business.

01:04He promised that he will give a big monthly interest income.

01:11It was closed, it was hidden, and the business was gone.

01:14That's why the case happened.

01:15The police were not able to serve the arrest warrant.

01:18Did anyone receive the warrant?

01:20No, there was no one here in Mr. Ken Chan's house.

01:24This is the second time that the warrant of arrest was issued to Ken Chan.

01:28But there was still no one in their house when this case was first brought to the court on September 23.

01:32The case of syndicated staff is non-bailable,

01:35with life imprisonment.

01:38We continue to work hard to get the report of Ken Chan.

01:41From this June,

01:42Ken Chan took a break from his showbiz commitment.

01:45He was last seen in Abot Kamay na Pangarap as Doc Lindon.
