00:00All right. Let's try to focus only on W's here. Let's pivot to a quarterback. Joe, does
00:08Sam Darnold throw for 245 yards or more today? Yes or no?
00:14I think he does. I think most of this comes in the first half, too. But I also think Sam
00:19Darnold hears some of the things around the league that are being said about him. Sam
00:23Darnold hears that, you know, well, you know, it's easy to be good when you have Justin
00:26Jefferson. Well, yeah, it certainly helps. We're not going to lie. It's also easy to
00:31be good when you have, you know, players like Jamar Chase and you have alpha dog wide receivers,
00:35which is why that I hope sooner than later the Patriots give Drake Mays somebody like
00:40that to throw the football to. But regardless, this matchup today where Trevor Lawrence is
00:45not going to be playing, they're probably going to hand short fields or even hand the
00:50ball just more frequently over, you would think, to the Minnesota Vikings. This is a
00:54really good spot here for Sam Darnold and company 244 and a half. I'm going to go over
00:58this mark. I'm going to go over the Jefferson numbers, too, which are very high. I just
01:02want to let everybody know. But it's hard not to imagine having one of these 100 yard
01:07receiving days because you're in that mode against the Jaguars, who are just so bad.
01:13Now you lose your quarterback. They've been so bad on defense in that secondary all year.
01:16You could throw them all day long. This is just an easy one. And sometimes the stats
01:20just bear it out. And that's the best thing about the second half of the year is we've
01:23got all these numbers now in which to make good decisions going forward, right? First
01:28week of the season, first three weeks of the season. It's kind of a mishmash. Like, remember
01:32the Seattle Seahawks? Were they good? We weren't sure. Well, guess what? They're not that good.
01:36So some of it has to do with schedule. Some of it has to do with opponents. Some of it
01:39has to do with injuries. But now we have a good, clear path of knowing who teams are
01:44and who they aren't. And now we can really put that knowledge to work for us, not just
01:48in fantasy, but in the wagering market, too. All right. I like it. Let's continue to do
01:52the work here. Earlier in the show, you had mentioned that one game to circle for an upset
01:56special could be Arizona and the Jets. If that is the case, how do we approach Brees
02:01Hall? Sixty-eight and a half yards on the ground, rushing yards is the number. How would
02:06you wager that?
02:07No, I'm going over. I'm absolutely going over on this one. We spoke earlier, too. This offense
02:13is still the Brees Hall show if you are going to be competitive, especially on the road.
02:18And I think 65 and a half is a very generous number. I think this is the number you take
02:21every day of the week. And you're very excited about it. And you take the over. I think he's
02:25got a shot for 100 today. And you let Aaron Rodgers at this stage of his career, hand
02:31the ball off to Brees Hall, run some play action once you've opened that up and see
02:36if you can get some guys open and make some easy throws here. Because Aaron Rodgers is
02:40not the Aaron Rodgers of three years ago, OK? Let alone the Aaron Rodgers of five, six
02:45years ago. So we have to get that out of our brains. And I think, you know, you see a win
02:49last week and people think, oh, it's fine. It wasn't fine. Go back and watch the tape
02:53of that first half. It was absolutely dreadful. OK, in the first half, second half, they made
02:58some adjustments. They got lucky on a couple of things. Hey, OK, cool. But let's not throw
03:02that all the way here with Brees Hall. OK, let's not think that all of a sudden now we're
03:05a passing attack here. This is the Don Correale offense of the Chargers from the early 80s,
03:12late 70s. OK, that's not it here. So get back to running the football. Brees Hall over.
03:17And let's move on to the next one here. All the Brees Hall today. Let's go.
