00:00One of the people affected by the system glitch of GCash, according to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center or CICC,
00:09they contacted the government hotline if you're with those who lost their money in the so-called e-wallet app.
00:16GCash said that it has returned the lost money to the affected user.

00:30After complaining about the loss of money in GCash, the actress and comedian, Pokwang, said that she has returned the P85,000 that was left in her GCash account.
00:40Princess also returned the P10,000 that was lost.
00:43But Rolando, who lost P90,000, will only return P86,000.
00:50P4,000 is still missing.
00:53GCash said that they have completed the wallet adjustment or returning the lost money to their affected users.
00:59They promised to save the accounts of their customers and their priority is account security.
01:04They will also improve their system to avoid the incident again.
01:08They will continue to cooperate with the authorities to investigate the incident.
01:12GCash explained that there were errors in their system reconciliation process.
01:18According to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center or CICC,

01:33What we are waiting for is confirmation from the telco that those numbers are active and there is a registered name.
01:41The CICC also discussed with the National Telecommunications Commission on how to help the victims.
01:47The CICC also urged the public to report to the hotline of the Interagency Response Center 1326.
