Philvolcs monitors Mt. Kanlaon

Time-lapse footage of ash emissions from the Kanlaon Volcano crater today shows grayish plumes that rose 500 meters above the crater before drifting north, as recorded by the Kanlaon Volcano Observatory - Canlaon City telescopic cameras. Alert Level 2 prevails over Kanlaon Volcano.
