00:00Ken gave them the room. Then, he pulled out $100 in cash, and they sit down right over here.
00:14The situation is, this is a girls' trip. It's all females. Our front desk rep allowed two men
00:23to have a key card to our room and come upstairs in our room while we were in the room.
00:30So, no identification. No identification. No accent for no last name. They told them
00:46Jessica, a random name, which is my first name, no last name, and he gave them a key card to our room.
00:53Mind you, this is the first incident, because earlier, her mom, who's sick in the hotel room,
01:07said that somebody was trying to get in the room earlier, and she had to lock the door.
01:12She had to put a lock on it. They walked in the actual room. Two men, one with a mask on.
01:22They're asking for me. They didn't even know who she was, because they walked in the door and was
01:26like, are you Jessica? Are you Jessica? They didn't even know who she was. I didn't even get
01:32his ID before you gave him our key card to our room. I was just letting him talk. I'm trying
01:42to get the story. Okay. So, then after that, Ken gave them the room. Then, he pulled out $100
01:47in cash. They sit down right over here. You sold us. Whenever we all look through the camera,
01:53you will see that. He pulled the cash out of the table, and I looked at him, and I was like,
01:57what is that for? Then, he was like, I'm just over here trying to tip you, and I was like, $100?
02:03I was like, do you really need change, or were you just tipping me $100? I was like,
02:07sold us for $100. Wow. I didn't take it from them.
02:17I got out of the bathroom. Somebody was just in here, and she told me, yeah. So, I thought that
02:23multiple keys work for multiple rooms. So, I called downstairs and said, two guys walked in
02:28our room. Why does their key card work for our room? He told me that, that's funny, because two
02:36guys came down here, asked for Jessica, and gave me your room number, and I gave them a key. I said,
02:41what, you gave them a key to our room? I'm coming down. The two guys were right there.
02:45What happened? What was his response? He was saying, he like, I'm sorry. It shouldn't be
02:50an inconvenience. I'm sorry. I didn't apologize. I didn't mean anything. Can I take you on a date
02:54to accommodate? Can I take you on a date to accommodate? Can I make it up to you?
02:58So, he's saying, it's not just Jessica. It's their room number. Exactly. And that is, we've,
03:10it's cameras all through here. You haven't seen not one man. I hear you on that, but that's not
03:15up to him to monitor that. I understand that too, but it's not up to him to give someone our room
03:22which is the first name.
03:26Now, he's operating based on policy. Like I said, if he's saying that's the policy,
03:30I personally. It don't make sense. And can we see the policy? Exactly. That's what I'm saying.
03:35Come on. That don't even, that's not making sense.
