00:41According to the Naval Forces Western Mindanao,

00:44they inspected the said boat because its crew did not respond to the call of the agency.

00:5015 people of the boat were arrested for not showing a document for the cargo.

00:58They may face a sudden violation of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.

01:09with persons of interest in the kidnapping of American vlogger Elliot Eastman.

01:14According to Super Radio DZBB,

01:17the authorities returned home from the operation in Kabasalan, Zamboanga, Cebugay.

01:25Based on the intelligence report of the police,

01:28the Regional Office 9 helped to hide eight other suspects in the kidnapping.

01:33On October 17, Eastman was kidnapped in his house in Cebuco, Zamboanga, Del Norte.

01:38On October 29, the two confessed to the suspects while the other was arrested.

01:44Meanwhile, Eastman is still looking for the other two suspects involved in the kidnapping.
