00:47On the other hand, we also present our activity
00:52and what we do innovatively,
00:54regarding the management of the integrated medical service.
00:57So we are studying, by means of three-dimensional modelling,
01:01manufacturing, so as to understand
01:03what is clearly the behavior of the reference in the manufacturing,
01:06to identify criticisms,
01:08to try to actually modify something
01:12and see what is the effect of the modification of the infrastructure
01:16to evaluate what are the benefits it brings
01:20and to understand if there is really any benefit or not.
01:23We can do something to try to mitigate
01:26or control this risk of flooding
01:29and the region, by the way, as I have already said,
01:32with its 2017 Regulation 7,
01:34requests, where possible,
01:36the management of rainwater in the area.
01:39This means going back to what is the natural behavior,
01:43that is, before urbanization,
01:45the water that falls on the ground is absorbed,
01:49is kept by the infiltrated plants,
01:51returns to the floodplain.
01:53So, in reality, it generally does not cause damage.
01:57Clearly, if we do not talk about extraordinary events.

02:29the principle of hydraulic and hydrological invariance should be applied,
02:34which, as I said, requires that the water is managed where it falls.
02:39Clearly, this also implies that the soil should not be used so much,
02:44because where the soil is waterproofed,
02:47in addition to losing biodiversity and having many other consequences,
02:52in reality it is no longer able to infiltrate
02:55if it has been covered with waterproof material.
