00:00I was at one of P. Diddy's freak-offs.
00:03Freak-offs.
00:04You saw celebrities there that you recognized.
00:07They were a rapper that we all know.
00:10Straight-up porn directed by Diddy.
00:13I'm just grateful to have made it out.
00:15Dave Coulier got a very jarring diagnosis a few weeks ago,
00:19and he opened up about it this morning when he was on the Today Show.
00:23He is now battling cancer,
00:26and he opened up about how he found out
00:29and how he's been treating it.
00:31I will say, when you hear about this,
00:34that someone is making this announcement,
00:36your first thing is, oh, my gosh, I hope they're going to be okay.
00:39You can see here, he has a very positive outlook.
00:42Five weeks ago, I was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
00:48And in that time, I've had three surgeries.
00:51I've had chemo. I've lost a little bit of hair.
00:54I kind of look like a little baby bird now.
00:56But it has been a roller coaster ride, for sure.
01:00We had to find out what the staging was.
01:03And so they went into my bone marrow,
01:06and we got good news that day once we got the results
01:11that it hadn't spread.
01:14And so at that point, the curability rate went up to 90-plus percent.
01:18So it's very treatable.
01:20I'm treating this as a journey,
01:22and if I can help someone who's watching today
01:25get an early screening, a breast exam, a colonoscopy, a prostate exam,
01:31go do it because, you know, for me, early detection meant everything.
01:36Wow, it's pretty amazing that he said he was diagnosed five weeks ago,
01:41and he's already had three surgeries, he's had chemo,
01:44and he's, you know, he seems vibrant.
01:47He seems very up in spirit.
01:49He said he's definitely taking this serious,
01:51but he also wants to keep his comedic and his humor element
01:54into his life.
01:56The good thing, you notice he said there that this is treatable.
01:59Doctors say that if all things go right,
02:01he should be in full remission by February,
02:03which is great because he's on track to be a grandfather soon.
02:07His son is expecting a son.
02:09He wants to teach his grandchild how to play hockey.
02:12So he says he has a lot of life to live.
02:15You know, he's very happy with the fact that he caught this very early
02:18and so soon.
02:20As cancer runs in his family, his sister died of cancer.
02:23His mother last year died of cancer.
02:26His other sister also has cancer right now, is fighting cancer.
02:30So cancer runs in his family,
02:32so for him to just have this positive outlook and to stay positive
02:35is very, very good to see.
02:37Howdy y'all, Tony from Texas.
02:39And it's really sad when we see these actors we grew up with
02:42start getting sick or passing away.
02:44For some reason, I don't know the psychology behind it,
02:47but it really brings our own mortality right in front of our face.
02:51But it's really good to see that he's in good spirits,
02:53and we wish him a great recovery.
02:56We absolutely do.
02:57And again, his spirits are so strong.
03:00You feel it.
