00:00It's still flooded in some places in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija.
00:17That's why there are still people in the evacuation center.

00:27Connie, the weather is nice here in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
00:31but in the evacuation center, some residents are still there after flooding in their barangay.
00:38At the evacuation center, more than 600 families passed by at dawn,
00:42equivalent to 1,700 individuals.
00:44Classrooms of a school were opened.
00:47There are also families in Covered Court.
00:49They are the residents from the barangays that were flooded just a few days ago.
00:53Some of them just got up this morning and rode their tricycles.
00:58In Barangay Riz, Dalis, and Isla, the water level is up to the roof of the road.
01:02Many houses were submerged in the flood.
01:05Meanwhile, Connie, earlier rescuers from the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office came here
01:11with rubber boats.
01:13They went to the residents in Looban.
01:17Some of them were rescued.
01:19Only one senior citizen was able to pass through the house's window.
01:24But many residents here were not able to join the rescuers
01:29because their houses were submerged.
01:33That's the latest situation from Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija.
