Almost half of all year 12 exams in Victoria were affected by a blunder that allowed students to view questions before sitting the test, leading the head of the exam authority to quit. Victoria's education minister Ben Carroll expressed his fury at the state's exams blunder as some 56 of the state's 116 VCE exams were affected by the error.
