00:31But in the evacuation center, some residents are still stuck because of the flood in their barangay.

00:38In the evacuation center, more than 600 families,

00:41equivalent to 1,700 individuals, passed away.

00:44Classrooms of a school were opened.

00:47There are also families in the covered court.

00:49They are the residents from the barangays that were flooded just a few days ago.

00:53Some of them just woke up this morning.

00:56They are using a tricycle.

00:58In Barangay Riz, Delis, and Isla, the water level is up to the roof of the road.

01:02Many houses were submerged in the flood.

01:05Meanwhile, Connie, earlier, rescuers from the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office came here.

01:11They are bringing rubber boats.

01:13They went to the residents in Looban.

01:17Some of them were rescued.

01:19Only one senior citizen went through the windows of the house.

01:24But there are many residents here who did not go with the rescuers

01:29because their houses are covered by the flood.

04:14In Cavite, a driver of an SUV was killed after it rolled over and hit the center island.

04:27The speed of vehicles on Mangubat Avenue in Dasmariñas, Cavite,

04:32when a SUV suddenly rolled over

04:35The driver lost control and hit the gutter on the side of the road.

04:39The front part of the SUV rolled over on the center island before it rolled over and stopped.

04:44The impact damaged the front part of the SUV.

04:47The driver was killed while his eight passengers were injured.

04:51The incident is being investigated.

04:55The 10-wheeler continued its chase in the Bulacan province on Thursday morning.

05:01The truck was involved in the accident of a 19-year-old man.

05:06According to the police, the victim's rider, Jerico Batong-Bacal, and his younger brother were involved.
