00:00The Department of Agriculture, or DA, is an opening of Kadiwa sites in areas affected by Super Typhoon Pipito.
00:08Meanwhile, Department of Social Welfare and Development Chief personally visited the province of Tocantinones
00:14to show the government's efforts before and after Typhoon Pipito.

00:23The Department of Agriculture, or DA, is setting up Kadiwa markets in areas hit by Super Typhoon Pipito
00:30to make agricultural goods more affordable.
00:33The hardest-hit areas include Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, and Bicol, according to a report gathered by the Philippine News Agency.
00:40To help, the DA is providing over P500 million in agricultural aid,
00:45has set up a P667 million insurance fund for farmers, and additional support of zero-interest loans and distribution of calamity rice.
00:54Energy Secretary Rafael Lotilio called for improved typhoon-resistant power lines following the spate of recent storms and typhoons.
01:02He emphasized reinforcing weak spots in the energy network to reduce future outage.
01:07Restoration teams are working in affected regions, with power being restored in areas like Ifugawa and Isabela.
01:14The Philippine Air Force deployed personnel and assets to assist in relief efforts after Super Typhoon Pipito hit Luzon and parts of the Visayas.
01:22Based on a Philippine News Agency report, teams were sent to Eastern Samar and Northern Samar while evacuation operations took place in Lucena City.
01:31The Philippine Air Force is using transport planes, utility helicopters, and search-and-rescue choppers to support recovery efforts.
01:39DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian visited Catanduanes to show government support.
01:44Before and after Typhoon Pipito, as ordered by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., before the storm, 10,000 food packs were handed out,
01:53with 20,000 more being distributed today and another 20,000 by Saturday.
01:58Cash assistance will also be provided to those with damaged homes.
