People in Gaza's north flee following Israeli orders to evacuate areas of Beit Lahia. Israeli strikes killed dozens of people in Gaza on Sunday, civil defence rescuers said, most of them in northern Gaza, where the UN and others have decried disastrous humanitarian conditions. According to rescuers, they had pulled at least 34 bodies -- including women and children -- from rubble in the Beit Lahia district after a particularly lethal pre-dawn strike in the area where Israeli forces began a major operation on October 6.
