00:00The southern Ukrainian city of Odessa has been without power for two days following
00:06Russian attacks which damaged critical infrastructure. Emergency power outages have been introduced
00:12across the region and some facilities have been switched to generators.
00:17We hope that light will appear. There was no water all day in the morning and until
00:24six or seven in the evening there was no water.
00:27Invincibility points have been set up across the city, where heat, water and electricity
00:32is being provided.
00:33As soon as they have a need, literally five minutes, they start their work. In the morning
00:40the need began because people began to come to us. From the DSNS on the territory of the
00:47city of Odessa and the Odessa region, 45 emergency points were deployed on the basis of fire
00:51units. To say that there are a lot of people, no, but they are, they are constantly.
00:56Efforts to restore the region's power supply are ongoing.
