00:02He's emotional, you know, and when you got a guy that works as hard as he does,

00:06leaves it all in the field, I do think things, I don't want to say misconstrued,

00:12but can look differently than what they really are.

00:15But again, he's a guy that is one of the most genuine players I've ever been around.

00:20And honest, insightful, puts it all out there for us.

00:26I don't have problems with guys that work as hard as they do,

00:31speaking with emotion after the game, speaking with passion.

00:34He and I are very much on the same page, and appreciate the work he puts in.

00:39And sometimes post game, it's emotional, and that's the way it is.

00:43Did y'all have any conversation?

00:45No, I talk to Jamar every week, you know, and

00:48again, I'm confident that we're always on the same page.

00:49I think something similar might have happened like at 19 with Tyler Boyd,

00:53where we both bashed him after the game as well, kind of had a similar response.

00:56Where does that come from for you as a coach on how to respond to that?

00:59I mean, it seems like that's something that's existed from day one.

01:01Because there's not a non-relationship there with the player.

01:05You know, these are things that we try to be proactive about,

01:09to put these guys in the best position possible to succeed.

01:13And I feel very confident we put Jamar in the best position possible to succeed.

01:17He's first in every category there is.

01:19We make a conscious effort to involve him, and

01:21make sure he's always a big part of that.

01:24I always love the dialogue with him, in terms of game plan,

01:28how we're gonna use you.

01:31I think he's come a long way.

01:32He's not a captain with it on his chest, but in so many ways, he acts like one.

01:38So again, I don't ever hold against a player when they're,

01:42after a game, have an emotional response.

01:44And so again, we'll continue to move forward as a team.

01:48But love working with him.

01:50Thankful that he's on our team.

01:52Love everything he brings to the table.

01:53Love the energy he brings.

01:55And just wants to win.

01:56You know, we all wanna win.

01:57And you put a lot of pressure on yourself.

01:58And when you don't, it can lead to frustration.

02:01But feel very confident that we're on the same page, and
