00:00Why does Mike Tyson win this fight?
00:02Because of Mike Tyson.
00:03It would be the biggest moment in all of boxing history
00:07when I put this man to sleep.
00:09I think he thinks this is gonna be a very easy night.
00:12It's not gonna be an easy night.
00:13We made history together,
00:14and we got a chance to make history together again.
00:16There'll be nothing less than the last fight.
00:18We're just days away from the biggest boxing event
00:22in recent memory.
00:23Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson.
00:26Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano.
00:29This isn't pay-per-view.
00:31It's Netflix.
00:33And this is MVP's Face to Face.
00:42Gentlemen, how you doing?
00:44Good to see you.
00:45Good to meet you, bro.
00:46Look, to maintain order,
00:49we're gonna allow you guys 45 seconds to answer my question.
00:53The opponent has 45 seconds to respond.
00:56This is like a presidential debate.
00:57Yeah, tell me about it.
00:58All right, all right.
00:59When I'm here, it's important.
01:01Hopefully, it's not 2v1 like Trump had to do it.
01:03No, no, no.
01:04We good, we good, bro.
01:05We good.
01:06You guys ready?
01:07Go.
01:07All right, let's get it.
01:08We're gonna start with you, Mike.
01:10Why'd you agree to take this fight with Jake Paul?
01:13I believe this is gonna be great for boxing.
01:15I believe I'm gonna win.
01:16Jake, why'd you agree to take the fight with Mike?
01:19Man, he's a legend, you know?
01:20This is the guy.
01:22This is one of the two most famous boxers to ever live,
01:25him and Muhammad Ali.
01:27This is a dream come true for me.
01:29I am inspired by Mike, his story, you know,
01:33what he's persevered through.
01:35And to be able to fight him and to share the ring with such
01:38a legend is a special moment for me, and it's historic.
01:42And the fact that we did it with Netflix,
01:44it's the biggest fight of the century.
01:46And that's what I love to do, make history, have fun,
01:50and go to war.
01:51Well, to add on top of what does it mean for boxing?
01:54Everything, man.
01:55You know, this all came from an ayahuasca ceremony.
01:59When I saw this happening, I saw the butterfly effect of
02:03every kid going into the gym the next day,
02:06wanting to be like me or Mike.
02:08700 million people watching on Netflix.
02:11And the impact this will have on the sport is unfathomable,
02:15and it's intangible, quite frankly.
02:18Okay, Mike, so what does it mean to be fighting Jake Paul?
02:20And same question to you, what does this mean for boxing?
02:23To be honest, boxing has never seen nothing like this in the
02:25history of boxing.
02:27Since it began 250 years ago, it's never seen anything like
02:31this, and probably never will.
02:33Well, Mike, let me ask you this.
02:35What does it say about Mike Tyson if he knocks out a
02:3827-year-old Jake Paul?
02:42Mike just knocked somebody else out again.
02:44You know, this is going to be big.
02:45It's not like it's just some 27-year-old, it's Jake Paul.
02:51Jake, same question to you.
02:52What does it mean if you knock out a 58-year-old Mike Tyson?
02:56Yeah, when it happens, it's going to be a little bittersweet
02:59because I have love for him, but at the current moment,
03:02we're meant to go to war.
03:05He's trying to take the food off my plate,
03:07I'm trying to take the food off of his plate,
03:08and that's what warriors do.
03:10But for me, I've dreamt this, manifested it,
03:15and it'll be the start of, you know,
03:18what has been a 12-year career for me.
03:21In entertainment and acting and working
03:24and all the things I've done.
03:26Now into boxing, this is finally my moment
03:29and my time to shine,
03:31and I'm going to show the world who the fuck I am
03:33because everyone's out of me.
03:35Everyone's had something to say.
03:36Nothing was ever given to me.
03:38I've had to work for it all, suppressed by everyone,
03:42kicked off of YouTube, kicked off of platforms,
03:45canceled five times,
03:47and here I am throwing the biggest event
03:51in really all of entertainment, actually.
03:54And now it shows to the rest of the world
03:58what hard work and perseverance can do,
04:01and I'm just happy to be able to show that to other kids
04:05who maybe have to go through adversity and have to fight
04:08and have to keep on proving themselves time and time again.
04:11So from your answer, what I got is you said
04:14when it does happen.
04:16So you're going to knock Mike out.
04:17It's already written.
04:18Okay.
04:19You heard that shit?
04:21Clearly.
04:21Making sure.
04:22I like that confidence right there.
04:24This is the baddest man on the planet.
04:26Heavyweight.
04:27I mean, just look at the fucking guy sitting here right now.
04:30He's an animal.
04:31He posts Instagram pictures,
04:32and I get a little scared because of how good he looks.
04:36But I have to step up to this level
04:39and show people that I can accomplish the impossible,
04:43and that's what the story of Jake Paul is all about.
04:45Now, Mike, a lot of people are going to point to your fight
04:47with Kevin McBride and say
04:49that that's when your skills basically dissipated,
04:5320 years ago.
04:54My life has changed since then,
04:56and I decided to fight Roy Jones,
04:59and that was successful,
05:01and now we're fighting.
05:03So people shouldn't even bring that shit up no more.
05:05No, they should bring it up.
05:06They should see the difference from there to now.
05:10Gotcha.
05:11Me at my worst to me at the biggest event
05:13in the history of events right now.
05:15There's never been any bigger than this.
05:18So what they have to say about that?
05:19What you feel about that?
05:21Yeah, I mean, that's what critics do.
05:24They sit on their couches,
05:25they sit in their homes,
05:27and they have so many things to say
05:29because they're unhappy with their lives themselves.
05:32They'll try to rip people apart like me and Mike
05:34who are actually going and fucking doing something.
05:37He had 11 pro fights, one amateur fight.
05:39How do you rate him?
05:40Hey, listen, he's been successful
05:42in all those pro fights except one,
05:45and that's what we're fighting.
05:47It's been four years in professional boxing,
05:50and in terms of what I've done in those four years
05:54and the amount I've learned is more than any pro boxer.
05:57So just in terms of how much I've learned and grown,
06:00I'm the fastest growing and learning boxer in the sport,
06:03and that's what I rate myself off of.
06:06If you calculate how good I got from year one to year four,
06:10no one else has made that progress.
06:12So really to me,
06:13that's the most important thing to focus on,
06:15and I have big plans,
06:18and I'm continuing to, again, do the impossible
06:20and show people what I'm capable of,
06:23and they chalk up what I've done to the fights being rigged.
06:27Still when he posts on his Instagram
06:30looking like a killer,
06:32hitting the shit out of the mitts,
06:34the top five comments are,
06:36if Jake wins this fight, it's completely rigged,
06:39and that used to bother me.
06:41That used to bother me because I was like,
06:42no, I'm working so hard. Can't you fucking people see?
06:45But now I take it as a compliment
06:47because the human peon brain of the 99%
06:51can't even comprehend how good I've gotten
06:56and what I'm accomplishing in this world.
06:59They telling me you're talking too long.
07:01There's not no Trump shit. They trying to give me the...
07:03That's what I'm saying. I knew this was going to happen.
07:06Hey, we got all the time in the world.
07:08We can make edits. What's your name?
07:09Joe.
07:10Shut the fuck up, Joe. Thank you.
07:12Control. Do your thing. He over there.
07:14Don't harass me no more, Joe, nigga.
07:16That wasn't on me.
07:18All right. Now, look, one thing
07:20that people cannot deny is your activity.
07:24This is your third fight this year.
07:26You had three fights last year,
07:28six fights in the last two years,
07:30where boxers are fighting once every two or three years.
07:34Does that make you better as a boxer, the activity?
07:36Yeah, 100%, and I have to stay active.
07:39I have to stay working towards my goal
07:41of becoming a world champion,
07:42so there needs to be three fights a year for me at least,
07:45and that's how I get better is under the bright lights
07:48and performing when there's adrenaline and nerves.
07:51Gotcha.
07:52I've always been in the gym training.
07:54I'm a boxing professional fighter.
07:56I'm just... Activity's great.
07:58I had 15 fights in one year when I was younger,
08:01and I think activity's great, but I'm prepared.
08:03I'm just ready to go.
08:05Now, does a loss to Jake Paul damage your legacy?
08:11I don't look at my life as a legacy.
08:13Legacy to me means ego.
08:15Who the fuck cares about my legacy?
08:17I'm gonna be dead soon one day, but he's not gonna win.
08:20What do you say about your legacy
08:22if you end up beating Mike Tyson,
08:24not just beating Mike Tyson, knocking Mike Tyson out?
08:27Obviously, it would be the biggest moment
08:31in all of boxing history on Friday night
08:35when I put this man to sleep, so that is pretty dope.
08:39He dreams a lot.
08:41A lot of dreams.
08:42I do. They all come true.
08:44This is not gonna come true, young man.
08:46Hey, man, I respect your opinion,
08:49but it's just my time.
08:50The universe know it.
08:51The gods know it. I know it.
08:53And you're gonna know it, plain and simple.
08:55Okay. Next week, we'll see.
08:58We will. That's the beauty of boxing
09:00is the truth comes out, and by golly,
09:02do I love the truth.
09:05Are you concerned if Mike hits you flush on the chin,
09:09that shit could be fucked up?
09:10Yeah. Yes. Indeed.
09:14I have to be alert.
09:15This is a scary, scary man.
09:17He's a killer and has all the power still clearly
09:22in all the videos, all the sparring that he's showing,
09:25dropping his sparring partners.
09:27My mom is messaging.
09:29She can't even watch Tyson punch.
09:32She won't watch it because it scares her,
09:34and he has one of the deadliest uppercuts of all time.
09:38So, of course, I have to be ready and know
09:40that he's gonna have some moments in there,
09:42and I'm gonna have to persevere.
09:44Now, Mike called you a manufacturer killer.
09:48How do you respond to that?
09:50I would say the deadliest weapon in the world
09:53is manufactured.
09:55That's a nuke. I like that.
09:57I like that. I like that, man.
09:59And I think it's scarier to be a peaceful man
10:04waving Disney Channel wands around
10:07and then to choose to kill.
10:09Now, Mike, look, you criticized Jake's skills.
10:12What does that say about you if you lose?
10:15Well, I'm not gonna lose,
10:17so I can't even fathom losing.
10:18I can't even imagine it.
10:20He's not gonna win.
10:22I think he thinks this is gonna be a very easy night.
10:24It's not gonna be an easy night for me.
10:26I don't think that.
10:27I think it's gonna be a war, a war of ages.
10:31The fans are the ones who win out of this,
10:33but I know you,
10:35and I know your soul on a deeper level,
10:37and I know myself,
10:38and I know you're not gonna fucking quit,
10:40and neither am I.
10:41You could rip my head off.
10:43I can go down to the canvas.
10:45You can fuck me up.
10:46I could be bleeding from everywhere,
10:47and I'm not gonna stop,
10:49and I know that's the same for you.
10:51That's the beauty of this,
10:52is I don't think it's gonna be easy.
10:54I know it's gonna be hard.
10:56You had a great career,
10:57but in many ways,
10:58this is the biggest event that you've ever been a part of.
11:01What does this say about this night and this matchup?
11:05First of all, no one else can do this but me,
11:08I believe,
11:09and like you said,
11:11this is the greatest boxing match in the history of boxing,
11:14and it's because I'm a part of it.
11:16Yeah, he's the GOAT.
11:19He's the GOAT, man,
11:20and this is the do-si-do in Texas,
11:24the biggest fight,
11:25and I do think a dance requires two people,
11:28but that's the magic in this,
11:29is that we're this yin and yang
11:34that is creating this massive fucking disruption
11:37and storm and massive fight,
11:39so 2024, November 15th,
11:43the gods and the universe aligned us
11:45to do something magical,
11:47and it takes the both of us,
11:49but he's had a longer, illustrious career,
11:52and I believe by the end of my career,
11:54I will reign as the GOAT of this sport.
11:58Now, a lot of people are saying
11:59that the Taylor-Serrano fight should be the main event.
12:03Part one was a fucking amazing battle.
12:05What do you have to say to that?
12:07It is, it is, you know,
12:09like this is,
12:12there's two main events.
12:13How do you choose which one to put before each other?
12:17You know, they're massive.
12:18I'm more excited to watch that
12:20than I am excited to take his punches,
12:25but yeah, man, I mean, it's massive,
12:28and I'm just so excited to see the rematch
12:32and for Amanda Serrano to prove all of her doubters wrong.
12:36So who do you think won?
12:37Close.
12:38It was close.
12:39Close, way too close.
12:41But in your opinion, who do you think won?
12:43I'll keep that opinion to myself.
12:44Okay.
12:46My opinion won't mean nothing on November 15th.
12:48And when Amanda Serrano wins Katie Taylor,
12:53I think we do the trilogy at Croke Park.
12:56I'll get Donald Trump to come in.
12:57He loves doing big fights
12:59since Eddie Hearn hasn't been able to get anything done over there.
13:02He's too busy trying to be in Katie Taylor's corner for the fight.
13:06Can you believe that?
13:07I mean, the clout chasing on this guy is fucking insane,
13:11but Katie will make the trilogy happen in Croke Park,
13:14and it's going to be, you know,
13:17something they could settle the score.
13:18I believe Amanda's going to win.
13:20It'll be one and one,
13:21then they can do the third and settle it all.
13:22So you're already doing the trilogy before we get the sequel?
13:25Yep.
13:26Okay, say no more.
13:27I'm like Star Wars, baby.
13:28Ain't mad at you.
13:29Why does Mike Tyson win this fight?
13:32Because I'm Mike Tyson.
13:33Why does Jake Paul win this fight?
13:36Because I'm Jake Paul.
13:39Man, this is just, it's my time.
13:42You know, the gods have showed this to me.
13:45I'm going to be faster, stronger, and more elusive.
13:49He's not going to know where I'm coming from.
13:51You have a great imagination.
13:52I'm truly going to show the world that I outboxed Mike Tyson,
13:58and that's fucking wild to say.
14:01Oh, yes, I got you a gift.
14:03Thank you very much.
14:04I got you a gift, Mike.
14:06You got a little pigeon.
14:07This is a pigeon from Southeast Asia.
14:11Very expensive, but I wanted you to have this.
14:15Thank you, Jake.
14:18How do you feel about that?
14:20Huh?
14:21Mike loves pigeons.
14:22Yeah, dude, it looks like a low-budget pentagram.
14:26We paid thousands of dollars for that.
14:29This is an expensive pigeon.
14:30I've seen a video of, and I'm not sure if you've seen it, Mike.
14:35Did you see his Instagram today?
14:36About what?
14:37Maybe it's good that you didn't see it yet.
14:40He has you guys face-to-face, and he's kissing you in the mouth
14:45in several pictures on Instagram.
14:48It's actually on his page, and it kind of went viral today,
14:51of him just stepping to you, kissing you in the mouth several times.
14:57Does stuff like that aggravate you?
14:59I have that effect on people.
15:01You know I have that effect on people.
15:08I've just never seen someone handle a pigeon.
15:12You have pigeon flies in your family, don't you?
15:15Yeah, I do.
15:17Is it a low-budget pigeon?
15:20No one loves him.
15:22He has no bands or anything, so he doesn't belong to nobody.
15:26Well, he belongs to you now.
15:30I'm feeding him to my falcon.
15:33So that's food for your falcon?
15:35Yeah.
15:37This is getting interesting.
15:39How are you feeling about this fight coming up this Friday?
15:42And any words for Jake?
15:44I'm just ready.
15:46I'm just ready.
15:48Let's go.
15:50Jake?
15:51Let's go, the do-si-do.
15:52You ready to go?
15:53Excited, man, and it's going to be a beautiful night,
15:56amazing fights on the undercard, amazing production,
15:59the amount of people showing up for this,
16:02the biggest stadium, the biggest platform, the biggest fighters.
16:06It doesn't get much better than this.
16:08It's going to be an amazing spectacle this Friday on Netflix,
16:11and there's limited seats available on Seagee.
16:14Good luck, gentlemen.
16:16Are you really going to feed him to your falcon?
16:18Yeah, but I can't take him with me.
16:20There's no way I can take him.
16:22That's fucked up, Mike.
16:23What?
16:24You're going to feed the nigga to your falcon.
16:25I would never do that.
16:26I shouldn't.
16:28Thank you, guys.
16:29No, thank you.
16:30Good job, man.
16:31Thank you for the opportunity, Mike.
16:32It was great seeing you.
16:33Appreciate you.
16:36Well, nice to meet you.
16:40You can come with me, buddy.
16:42The 2022 Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano
16:46sold out Madison Square Garden as they went to war.
16:49It was the most watched women's boxing event of all time.
16:53This Friday, that record's going to get smashed
16:56as they come together for a second time.
16:59Let's bring out our two champions,
17:01Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano.
17:05We meet again.
17:09Ladies, welcome to MVP's Face to Face.
17:12Now, you're going to have 30 seconds, both of you,
17:15to answer my questions,
17:17and the opponent will have 30 seconds to respond.
17:20Y'all good with that?
17:21Sounds good.
17:22Good, good.
17:23All right, let's get it.
17:24We're going to start with you, Amanda.
17:25Do you think you deserved to win the first fight?
17:28I believe I did.
17:29It was a close fight.
17:30Me and Katie went out.
17:31We did the unthinkable.
17:33We sold out Madison Square Garden.
17:35We made seven figures for that fight,
17:37and we put on a great show.
17:38I believe I hurt her with the bigger, harder punches,
17:43and I believe I won, but it was definitely a close fight.
17:46How do you respond to that?
17:48Well, I obviously believe that I won the fight,
17:51but again, it was a phenomenal fight,
17:53and that's why we're here doing it again.
17:55It was a fight of the year, and we made history together,
17:58and we got a chance to make history together again
18:00on Friday night.
18:01This is amazing, and we always need a great dance partner.
18:06I think the both of us really showed up the last time,
18:10and we're going to do it again on Friday night.
18:12It's going to be nothing less than the last fight.
18:14Okay, I like that.
18:15That's the shit I like to hear.
18:17Now, how do you think this fight, Katie,
18:19will be different from the last fight?
18:23I mean, we're going to see, I guess, on Friday.
18:25I think the result is going to be the same.
18:28I'm very, very confident, and we're both stepping into the ring
18:32very confident, I'm sure, but the thing about these things
18:36is I'm going to say I'm going to win this fight.
18:38She's going to say that she's going to win the fight.
18:40Sometimes I feel like these conversations are nonsense, really.
18:45You're ready to get it on.
18:46Yeah, we're just ready.
18:47Fuck all the talking, you say.
18:48Yeah, exactly.
18:49Okay.
18:50I hear that.
18:51What do you got to say to that?
18:52It's the truth, you know.
18:54We're both going in there very confident.
18:56I went in there extra confident in this fight because I thought
18:58I just needed just a little bit more to get the victory in that fight.
19:03But, you know, it's great to have a great dance partner like Katie Taylor.
19:07We're going to go out there and show the world that women can fight,
19:10put on a show, and it's going to be a great night.
19:14I think the fans are definitely the winners in this fight.
19:17Now, a lot of people are saying this should be the main event.
19:21You know, my guy from MVP, Nakisa, said that this is the best fight on the card.
19:27But the only reason you guys are fighting before Jake and Mike
19:30is because they want people to see it.
19:33Do you think this is the best fight on the card, Amanda?
19:36Listen, no matter where we go, me and Katie, no matter who we fight,
19:40we're one of the best female fighters in the world,
19:44so we're going to put on a show.
19:46But, honestly, it's an honor to fight under Mike Tyson and Jake Paul.
19:50I love fighting under my manager Jake Paul because I get to do what I have to do,
19:53and I come out and watch him fight.
19:55But it's just a great opportunity for us to be showcased,
19:58women at its finest, on Netflix, and I'm excited.
20:03We're going to put on a show.
20:04I think I just have a heart of gratitude, really, to have these sort of opportunities.
20:08I think every single fighter in the world wants to be on this card
20:11and to be on the same card as Mike Tyson.
20:15I don't think anybody would have believed that.
20:19He's a legend, an icon in the sport,
20:21and to be on the same card as someone who I respect so much is absolutely huge.
20:27Is Katie Amanda the best opponent you ever fought?
20:30100 percent.
20:31You know her accolades.
20:32She's a gold medalist.
20:33She had over 200 amateur fights.
20:35I only had nine amateur fights.
20:37So to go in there and do what I did the last fight, I'm super proud of myself.
20:43And, yeah, she's a great fighter.
20:44She's fought great champions.
20:46She's not a two-division undisputed champion for no reason.
20:49So Katie's definitely one of the best pound for pound.
20:52Is she your toughest opponent?
20:54Yeah, absolutely.
20:55The fact that we shared a ring together last time and made history together,
20:58I'm just so glad I made history with Amanda
21:00because I feel like nobody's done what she's done in women's boxing
21:05and a seven-weight world champion, and that's just unprecedented.
21:09I don't think any other female fighter will actually accomplish what she's accomplished.
21:13Our names are always going to be embedded together.
21:15I know.
21:17Are you tired of me yet?
21:18Because I'm looking tired of you.
21:20Seriously.
21:21You advocated for three-minute rounds.
21:24100%.
21:25Why is the fight two-minute rounds?
21:27Honestly, the first fight I wanted 12 three-minute rounds,
21:30and I was very vocal about that.
21:32You was ready to get it off her.
21:33Yes, yes, and actually after that I had fought the 12 three-minute rounds,
21:36and I was scheduled for another 12 three-minute rounds.
21:38But when we went to negotiations with her team,
21:42you might not know when Jordan Maldonado, which is my manager,
21:45he does his negotiations in front of me on speaker,
21:49and when he spoke to your team it was adamant it had to be 10-2, 10-2, 10-2.
21:55Maybe when you win your belts back maybe we can do a 12 three.
21:58Absolutely.
21:59I actually don't mind doing the three-minute rounds myself.
22:01I think the three-minute rounds actually suit the boxer more than the fighter,
22:04so I have no idea what went on in the negotiations, like you said,
22:08so I'm just signing the contract when I see it.
22:11But I think the 12 three-minute rounds would actually suit me better.
22:14So what it sounds like from what I'm hearing is that she wanted the three minutes,
22:18and she's basically trying to say that your management wasn't with all that,
22:22and you're saying that you had no idea that that happened
22:24or you just agreed to the two minutes.
22:26I don't know what goes on in negotiations.
22:29The most important part was that we wanted to fight each other, so I was willing.
22:32I wanted to finish my career, all my fights, fighting 12 three, but I've always said it.
22:37Katie, she said that she would fight it, fight the 12 three.
22:41Yeah, I think the three-minute rounds would suit me better, to be quite honest.
22:46If she wants her belts back, let's do a 12 three.
22:49We can do it, do the trilogy, the 12 three.
22:53It's amazing to have a great, like you said, a great dance partner,
22:57and it's amazing to fight 12 three, to do what women can do.
23:02You saw I did it, and we can do it again.
23:04Absolutely.
23:05Let's do it.
23:06Well, see, but that's the thing about it.
23:09I know we just shook on the trilogy.
23:12Would you want a trilogy if you won again?
23:15If I won again, the only—
23:17Would it make sense?
23:18The only reason I would do the trilogy is because it's against Amanda Serrano
23:22in a 12 three-minute round fight.
23:24That would make it very, very interesting, and I would absolutely be up for that.
23:29You see, and then it's amazing how we both respect each other as fighters,
23:34and we're making history together.
23:36We're making the best money together, so, you know, why not?
23:40I'm out at that.
23:42Amanda, you're the queen of the featherweight, 126 pounds.
23:45Yes.
23:46Why move up to have this fight?
23:48So I'm a small girl, but I want to be great.
23:51I'm chasing greatness, and that's what I want to do.
23:53Fighting Katie Taylor is just that,
23:55and, you know, becoming a two-division undisputed champion, that would be amazing.
23:59Do you think weight is at your advantage?
24:02I think we're pretty similar size, to be honest.
24:04I'm a natural 145-fighter-nighter, and I'm not the biggest 135-fighter-nighter,
24:10but I feel very comfortable in this weight.
24:14I feel strong in this weight, so whatever.
24:18So Clarissa Shields actually challenged both you females
24:23to see who's the best women's fighter on earth.
24:27What do you have to say about that, Katie?
24:31Well, I have a fight to focus on on Friday night, first of all.
24:36Let's get this fight out of the way first.
24:41She's way too big to be calling out us, to be honest.
24:45There's a huge weight discrepancy there,
24:48but we are the type of fighter who will get a 7.3 with anybody.
24:54I don't understand how they can be just more than one great.
24:58We're all great in our own ways.
24:59We all bring different things to the women's boxing.
25:02We're bringing more eyes to the sport of women's boxing,
25:05and I'm just proud to always have been in the top three pound-for-pound.
25:10Absolutely. She's fantastic.
25:12All she's done for the sport is amazing.
25:16Between myself, Clarissa, Amanda,
25:19who knows who the best pound-for-pound fighter is in the world?
25:22It's all so subjective anyway.
25:24People have their own opinions.
25:28It's the same with men's boxing as well.
25:30Who's the best pound-for-pound men's boxer?
25:33Nobody really knows, but it's great to be in the conversation.
25:37Yeah, 100%.
25:38I got you.
25:39Katie, why do you win this fight Friday night?
25:43I believe I'm just a better fighter,
25:46and the best of me always beats the best of Amanda.
25:50Okay, and Amanda, why do you win this fight Friday?
25:53Fighting Katie Taylor is always a great opportunity,
25:56and honestly, I believe I'm more focused in this fight.
25:59Thank you for making that motivation,
26:01giving me that motivation to wake up every morning,
26:04to go run, to go fight, to go spar,
26:07because you bring that out of me, and I'm in the best shape,
26:12and you're going to see that come Friday night.
26:14Katie, what do you think about the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight?
26:17Who wins that fight?
26:20It's a tricky one to call.
26:22I'm obviously going for Mike Tyson
26:24because of the respect that I have for him as a fighter.
26:27I have nothing against Jake Paul.
26:29I think what he's done for himself and Amanda has been amazing.
26:32Well, now for you.
26:33Sorry, sorry.
26:34I said now for you.
26:35Yeah, yeah.
26:36You've given us this platform.
26:37Absolutely, I said for me and you.
26:39Yeah, but I just feel like Mike Tyson is such a legend in the sport,
26:42an icon of the sport,
26:44and I just don't want to see him getting beaten.
26:48I just have so much respect for him as a fighter,
26:51and he's loved in the sport of boxing because of what he's done for the sport,
26:55and he was known at one time as the baddest man on the planet.
26:59Just the aura that he has stepping into the ring.
27:02Just an amazing fighter, amazing mindset,
27:05and I just really have so much respect for him.
27:08Are you going to pick Jake Paul to win this fight?
27:10Obviously.
27:12Okay, duh.
27:14We kind of figured that.
27:15Why does Jake Paul win this fight?
27:17Listen, like she said, Mike Tyson is Mike Tyson.
27:20He's an icon, and especially me being a Brooklyn Knight just like him,
27:24it's truly an honor to be on this undercard when he retired.
27:28When I started fighting, he had been retired,
27:30so who would have known I'm fighting on the undercard of Mike Tyson?
27:33So it's just a great honor.
27:35But Jake, he's young, he's hungry, he's powerful,
27:39he's determined to go out there and show the boxing world that he belongs here.
27:45Jake Paul, Amanda, Katie, Mike.
27:48Now let's ask the question here, whether Jake Paul beats Mike Tyson.
27:53Yeah, I think it's actually a lose-lose situation for Jake, really.
27:57If he beats Mike Tyson, he's not going to really get the credit for it
28:00because he's so much younger than Mike and he's young.
28:03He's a great athlete, Jake Paul is.
28:07So I don't think he's going to get any credit for it.
28:10He'll just be an older fighter.
28:13And then if he loses to him.
28:15So you're basically saying it's a catch-22.
28:17Jake Paul doesn't win or lose.
28:20He doesn't have any wins, whether he wins or loses?
28:22I think so, yeah.
28:24Still Mike Tyson, you can't do that.
28:26Yes, Mike Tyson.
28:28Just to go in there and be face-to-face with Mike Tyson.
28:31I shook the last press conference in Dallas, I shook his hand.
28:34I was like, Jesus Christ, this guy is so strong, he has a big, yeah.
28:39Just for Jake, so in the beginning of his career,
28:44to go out there and just face Mike Tyson,
28:47to get punched in the face by Mike Tyson, that says a lot about Jake.
28:51And if he wins, it's just on to the next one.
28:54He's done his journey to becoming a world champion,
28:57and he's going to do what he has to do to achieve that goal.
29:01Final words to Katie before the fight this Friday?
29:04No, just thank you for this opportunity.
29:07Hold on to those belts for a little longer
29:09because they're coming back home to Puerto Rico.
29:11You got a couple of days left with them, that's it.
29:14Yeah, but it's always a great honor to go in there with you,
29:17and I'm excited to put on a show like we always do,
29:20and, you know, let's build a show like we always do.
29:22Absolutely, and I'm saying the same.
29:25Always a pleasure to share the ring with such a great champion.
29:29The last time was a fight of the year.
29:31I can only imagine that this Friday is going to be even better than the last time.
29:35And may the best fighter win.
29:38This Face to Face was brought to you by most valuable promotions.
29:42Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson.
29:44Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano.
29:46Free on Netflix, Friday, November 15th.
