00:59First of all, I would like to extend our condolences
01:02to the victims of the recent series of typhoons.
01:10As a country sharing a similar fate,
01:17having lots of typhoons, but the recent experiences
01:26will force us to continue our collaborative work
01:31in order for disaster reduction.
01:35And on this occasion, if you, Mr. President,
01:38have some observations about how to tackle
01:44these type of natural disasters, and what sort of things
01:50that you consider, Jayakar, being part of your work,
01:55that would be extremely crucial.
01:57Oh, well, of course, the issue of flood control
02:00and the water management has become a big issue.
02:05Well, the water management problem came before.
02:09Because even before, when I was still
02:12in the water problem, already, I would see the big issues.
02:21And all the water management was not highly coordinated.
