00:17Egan, even though the fine is high on the EDSA busway, there are still a lot of drivers and riders who are being caught here.

00:26Earlier this morning, at 5.30am, the operation of the EDSA bus started and now, there are 18 motorcyclists who are being caught.

00:38Most of the people who are being caught are motorcycles.

00:41Some of them discovered that the motorcycles have not been registered for a few years and they do not have an ORCR.

00:48Some of the riders were allowed to pass through the busway because they were in a hurry to get to work.

00:53A patient who has a ride in an ambulance but does not have a travel ticket was caught by the motorcycle.

00:59The driver has a complete document, including the license and ORCR, which were shown to the people of MMDA.
