00:00The first thing is, we think about values first, skills second.
00:05So, and credentials last.
00:07You may look at a large employer like Coke over 100,000, how do you do that, right?
00:12Don't you just sift through resumes and it's gotta be a 3.5 or higher.
00:16We do our best to really kind of disrupt that idea and
00:20just go find people based on raw material on values.
00:24I call it the go hire the farm team.
00:27Cuz you know kids that have worked on the farm and
00:31that have good values and are contribution motivated.
00:33Those are the people that we want at Coke.
00:37And the second thing I would say on that is that's different
00:42is basically how, not only looking at resumes, but
00:48trying to find people that potentially have been through something in their life,
00:53right, that maybe have had a past, something on their record.
00:59And our approach on that, years ago, we decided to actually ban the box.
01:05Cuz we don't believe anyone should be, for
01:08the worst thing that they've done in their life,
01:12actually be looked at that for the rest of their life.
