It was broadcast on April 5, 2003. A surprise final exam was conducted under the title "It's not Kidam, it's the end of the term. Okame Girls are here too, they're here~ Special". Four fifth-generation members, Takahashi Ai, Konno Asami, Ogawa Makoto, and Niigaki Risa, participated in Okame Girls for the first time as "transfer students". Goto has since graduated, so she has not participated in any subsequent "Okame Girls" projects. The title for the lowest-ranking student is "stupid girl". The complete Okame Girls test was later broadcast as a collection of unreleased material.
