00:13Dabong Fire and Rescue Department Operations Commander Mohamed Ayman Aminuddin said the
00:17department received an emergency call from a member of the public at 3.24 pm, prompting
00:23the deployment of seven personnel who arrived at the scene within six minutes.
00:28He said the team used a boat to evacuate the victims to safety, completing the rescue operation
00:33by 5.13 pm.
00:35Following the incident, the department urged the public to avoid water-based recreational
00:40and extreme sports activities and to steer clear of high-risk areas during the monsoon
00:45season.
