00:00On Wednesday, November 20, there will be the 23rd National Convention of the National Tributary Institute.
00:10Various topics at the order of the day from the public list on the fiscal intermediaries
00:15enabled to equity for professionals in a state of illness or disease.
00:20This year we have joined our 23rd National Convention in the opening of a press conference on two topics.
00:31One is that of our request already made to the Agency of Entry and then to the MEF
00:41for the creation of a public list of the enabled fiscal intermediaries
00:47so that the contributor can verify if the fiscal intermediary to whom he has entrusted the sending of his documents
01:00has been enabled or has undergone suspensions or worse cancellations
01:07because it is the Agency of Entry that is required to control and verify the correctness of the fiscal intermediary.
01:16The second point of the press conference is related to a topic that is very close to the tributaries
01:25but also to all the professionals registered or listed and those who refer to Law 4 of 2013
01:38which is a fair, correct and shareable norm that goes back to the 2021 budget law for the year 2022
01:50which concerns the status of care for the professional in illness or disease.
02:00The norm born as experimental concerns only the professionals registered in Alpi
02:09so leaving out all the professionals previously listed.
02:15We have asked several times, a year after this experimentation,
02:23to increase the number of professionals because there cannot and must not be discrimination
02:30on a topic such as illness or disease.
02:36Unfortunately, to date, such discrimination has not been overcome by a legislative amendment.
