00:00I love just playing with the idea of a burger.
00:06This is one of my favorite recipes for a burger with an alt bun.

00:29I started getting obsessed with different uses for tater tots, so I thought it'd be
00:32fun to also use those as a bun for a burger and see where that went.
00:38It's like instead of having a burger with french fries, you're having a burger and fries

00:44This one's going to be a sushi rice bun, and I have some bowls here that are sort of bun
00:49sized.
00:50Stir it with sugar, salt, and rice vinegar, and that's where it's going to get this perfectly
00:54sticky consistency.
00:56The best way to work with sushi rice is to wet your hands first, because otherwise the
01:00super sticky rice is going to stick right to your hands.
