00:00Next, Mike Blewett, we head to Miami, a South Florida showdown between the Dolphins and
00:09the Patriots.
00:10The Dolphins have won two consecutive games.
00:12They have covered in both of those wins.
00:14Is there some hope this year still out there for Miami, despite being two games below 500?
00:22They're a full touchdown favorite blue at home against the New England Patriots.
00:27How comfortable is this game going to be for the Finns?
00:30Well, even in their salad days, the Patriots struggled when they went to Miami.
00:37They've been fighting really well in these games.
00:41I think Drake May has shown people that he was worthy of a first round pick.
00:44We'll see what the trajectory of his career is, but he's playing well, certainly relative
00:48to his counterparts.
00:50He's right in the mix with playing as well as Caleb Williams and other guys that have
00:55gotten some starts this year.
00:57Jaden Daniels obviously had an incredible start.
01:00But I think what we should know about Miami, we saw this last week, Joe and I were watching
01:08it live against the Raiders, that Tua really is excellent at certain things.
01:16He's maybe not the most well-rounded quarterback, but the way that he is able to operate the
01:22Mike McDaniel offense and quick release and getting the ball out quickly and finding the
01:29explosive plays.
01:30It doesn't mean that he has to be the most explosive player, but finding the explosive
01:35plays and the ability to get the ball in the hands of these guys quickly is something that
01:39Tua does really well, as well as any quarterback in the league, to be honest.
01:44I know people want to bash him for weaknesses in his game and his health and everything
01:49else, but when things are right with the Miami Dolphins offense, they can blow out
01:53just about anybody.
01:56You wonder if that happens this week.
02:00I don't love the flat seven, but I think Miami can win by a touchdown here.
02:06Their team total is 27.5, so it's pretty high.
02:09I don't know that the New England Patriots get to their 18.5, but I see some of the numbers
02:15moving in the marketplace towards the Patriots, but I'm going to lean with the Dolphins here.
02:22This is obviously an excellent teaser situation.
02:24I think the Dolphins do get the win, and I'd be leaning towards their overs on points.
