00:00In the Bronx tomorrow night at 7 o'clock, number 19, an undefeated Army at 9-0, take
00:10them in the 6th ranked Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, 9-1 the Irish, the game in the boogie
00:17down Bronx, and Notre Dame's laying two toddies.
00:20Well, you know what, Notre Dame is two toddies better.
00:25I love these games, I coached against Army, I've coached against this quarterback two
00:29years ago, he's sensational, Notre Dame beat Navy because Navy had six turnovers, Army's
00:35not going to turn the ball over, and they're going to keep it close because they go for
00:38third downs, they go for fourth downs, they do a great job of running the football, their
00:42quarterback is a veteran, but when you have a big physical team like Notre Dame, and Army
00:47has not played one ranked team yet, when you have a big physical team, they beat you on
00:51the offensive and defensive lines, on offense, they just take off and push those guys off
00:56the ball, control the football and score points, and on defense, the way to stop the
00:59option is to get penetration, make things happen behind the backfield, Notre Dame will
01:04be able to do that, so I think Army will control the ball, if they don't turn the ball over
01:08at all, and they make a lot of third and shorts or fourth downs, I'm not saying they can't
01:13get real, real close, but Notre Dame's just got too much talent.
01:17Number 7, Alabama's at Memorial and Norman against Oklahoma, and they're laying 13-1,
01:23I think Oklahoma stinks.
01:26I do too, I've taken Alabama to cover, you know what, and Zach Allen, the defensive coordinator
01:32at Oklahoma, was my defensive coordinator two years ago, he's done a great job, and
01:36they have a very good defense, the defense has not been their problem, they can't score,
01:40they can't protect, they can't do anything on offense, but the defense will keep it close
01:45for a while, and they're very good against the run, but Jalen Melro can beat you with
01:50scrambles, and he outruns you to the sideline, that's a little bit different than what Oklahoma
01:55has faced, they can't handle that too much, so eventually, and he throws a pretty deep
01:59ball, so that's the kind of things that eventually Alabama will pull away in the second half,
02:04and they'll cover.
