we’re diving into the skincare secrets of The Simple Life alum and business mogul, Paris Hilton. At 43, Paris is proving she’s mastered the art of aging gracefully — and it’s all-natural!
In a recent interview on The Zach Sang Show, Paris shared how she’s been able to “Benjamin Button” her skin without ever resorting to Botox, fillers, or cosmetic surgery.
“I feel really proud that I'm all-natural,” Paris said confidently. She credits her youthful glow to advice she received from her mother, Kathy Hilton, at a young age. “When I was 8 years old, my mom told me, ‘Paris, stay out of the sun,’ and she taught me a 10-step skincare routine I’ve been doing ever since.”
But that’s not all. Paris revealed she’s taken her skincare game to the next level by creating a full-on spa sanctuary in her home, which she calls the Sliving Spa. Equipped with LED lights, Hydrafacial machines, a hyperbaric chamber, and cryotherapy, it’s the ultimate retreat for self-care.
“My husband, Carter, always says, ‘Forever is not long enough,’ so we need the Sliving Spa at home,” Paris joked, adding that she plans to live forever — and with her routine, it’s easy to see why!
While she avoids the sun, Paris still loves a sun-kissed glow. She’s been a fan of spray tans since her teenage years, saying, “I’ve never wanted to be pale.” However, this passion for a bronzed look led to a hilarious mom moment during a photo shoot with her baby daughter, London.
Paris recounted how she prepped for the shoot with her signature tan but forgot about London’s fair complexion. “You’ve never been in the sun, and we can’t spray tan you,” Paris said, laughing as she looked at her 5-month-old.
From staying out of the sun to maintaining a consistent skincare routine and having a luxurious spa at home, Paris Hilton is living proof that taking care of your skin can keep you glowing for years to come.
