00:00But I also believe there's more in Matters and I think that's on me. I always say that's
00:08my role as a manager. If I'm getting a maximum out of the players, the team against Ipswich
00:13or individuals, it's about some self-reflection of, well, okay, can I do something different
00:19with them? But the thing about Matters was he obviously didn't go away to national duty
00:23so he had two weeks with us and the coaches worked really hard with him and he was working
00:27really hard at training. I could just sense that he was ready for a big game. He hasn't
00:34sort of lowered his ambitions or the kind of player he wants to be. It's about us giving
00:43him that platform. It wasn't just his goals today. I thought he was important for us in
00:47the build-up because he was always looking for it in tight areas and defensively he worked
00:51really hard. So, yeah, credit to him. Credit to the lads over at our stand today because
00:57we knew the first ten minutes they'd come out firing, obviously the four losses they'd
01:00had were away from home, so being at home there'd be an energy in the stadium. We were
01:03going to have to sort of weather the storm, which I thought we did fairly well. And then
01:08we just grew into the game and, you know, just so pleased for the players in that the
01:14belief they have in trying to play the way we want to and then you get a reward like
01:18that I think it just furthers sort of our, hopefully our progression.
