00:24National Weather Service said the lake's water levels peaked at 14.97 feet on Saturday,

00:30almost 3 feet more than the previous record of 11.99 feet in 2016. It's not yet clear if this

00:36outburst and flooding were a direct result of climate change, but experts have warned that

00:40floods from melting glaciers pose a serious risk as the planet continues to warm.
