00:00I'm madder than hell because an extremist United States Supreme Court, five people,

00:08think that they can dictate to tens of millions of women across this country the decisions

00:17that are our decisions about our lives.

00:21They think that they are wrong.

00:30I have seen the world where abortion is illegal, and we are not going back.

00:48So say it with me, we are not going back.

01:03This is what the Republicans have been working toward this day for decades.

01:14They have been out there plotting, carefully cultivating these Supreme Court justices

01:20so they could have a majority on the bench who would accomplish something that the majority

01:26of Americans do not want.

01:28Sixty-nine percent of people across this country, across this country, red states and blue states,

01:35old people and young people, want Roe v. Wade to maintain the escalation of slavery.

01:38We don't want to dismember children in the womb, ma'am.

01:41No, we are not going to stand.

01:45I am angry because of who will pay the price for this.

01:50It will not be wealthy women.

01:53Wealthy women can get on an airplane.

01:56They can fly to another state.

01:58They can fly to another country.

02:01They can get the protection they need.

02:04This will fall on the poorest women in our country.

02:09This will fall on the young women who have been abused, who are victims of incest.

02:16This will fall on those who have been raped.

02:20This will fall on mothers who are already struggling to work three jobs to be able to support the children they have.

02:30Well, I am here because I am angry.

02:33And I am here because the United States Congress can change all of this.

02:41I'm here today because I am angry about what's happened.

02:47But I'm here today because I am determined that we will not let this opinion stand.
