02:36Lopez was brought back to VMMC after her condition stabilized.

04:00The Philippine Air Force deployed air assets that did heli-bucket operations, which means
04:04dumping water in areas engulfed by the fire.
04:08Deployed for the heli-bucket operations were a Black Hawk helicopter, Bell 205, and a Sokol
04:13helicopter.
04:15The Philippine Coast Guard also assisted in putting out the fire.
04:18The first fire alert was reported at 8.02 a.m.
04:21Authorities declared Task Force Charlie, which means at least 32 fire trucks should be deployed
04:26to help control the fire at 11.51 a.m.
04:29The Tutuban Fire Volunteer Association also responded to the fire incident.
04:34It took six hours before the fire was put under control and another two hours before
04:39officials declared the area cleared.
04:41The Philippine Air Force says the fire devastated over a thousand structures and displaced approximately
04:472,000 families.
04:49Families are currently housed at the Deltan Evacuation Center in Manila.
