00:38they had a flight to Goa. 7.40 a.m. they came to airport by let's say 6 a.m.
00:49They woke up very early. They came there. Then the Indigo flight was saying like
00:56every hour it's one hour delay, two hour delay. So like this they've been waiting for 10 hours.
01:03Then they told them that they can enter airplane. They enter airplane and in airplane they've been sitting for two hours waiting.
01:13So people was really pissed off and of course they've been asking questions from the crew why it's like this, when we gonna leave and all.

01:43So actually he blamed passengers that because of them they have to wait longer like this delay because of them.
