00:02It has been breathe in, breathe out Chandrayantri for our team.
00:06They have been living, sleeping, eating, breathing Chandrayantri for the last four years.
00:12This is a work of a generation of ISRO leadership and ISRO scientists.
00:30It's a great moment of happiness on behalf of team.
00:52It gives me immense satisfaction on achieving this goal as a project director of this mission.
00:58The entire mission operations right from launch till landing happened flawlessly as
01:02per the timeline and we became the fourth country to land, to demonstrate the soft
01:07landing on to the moon surface and we became the first country to go to the, near to the
01:12south pole of the moon.
01:16This will remain the most memorable and the happiest moment for all of us, for our team
01:20Chandrayantri.
01:21We have achieved, we have achieved our goal flawlessly from the day we started rebuilding
01:32our spacecraft after Chandrayantri experience.
01:35It has been breathe in, breathe out Chandrayantri for our team and starting from the reconfiguration
01:41to all the special tests and the assimilations we have conducted meticulously and this has
01:45been possible only because of our immense effort from our Chandrayantri team and of
01:50course with the, with the guidance, with the guidance from our chairman ISRO, our
01:58directors and all our experts.
02:01Thank you for all the minutest help which has been provided from all the areas of departments.
02:06Today we have achieved what we set out to achieve in 2019.
02:12It was delayed by about four years but we have done it.
02:17The tremendous amount of effort that has been put in by the entire project team, when
02:25I say project team, it is not just only the project director and associate project director,
02:30of course they are the face of the project.
02:32They have been living, sleeping, eating, breathing Chandrayaan for the last four years.
02:40They have been supported by such a large number of people, particularly in their navigation,
02:49guidance and control area, propulsion system.
02:53Nothing less spectacular than this is going to be inspiring for any of us in the future.
03:00Chandrayantri is a result of the work done by thousands of scientists, engineers, our
03:06staff and industries and support team across ISRO and other places, other institutions.
03:13And Shankaran has been the lead of the center which, you know, integrated all of these efforts
03:19in the last so many years.
03:21Honorable Prime Minister called me and conveyed his greetings to each one of you, you and
03:28your family for the wonderful work you did in ISRO.
03:32And this is a journey we started in Chandrayaan-1, continued in Chandrayaan-2 and Chandrayaan-3
03:36and Chandrayaan-2 craft is still working and doing lot of communication work with us
03:40and all the team that contributed to building Chandrayaan-1 and Chandrayaan-2 should be
03:44remembered and thanked while we celebrate Chandrayaan-3.
03:47It gives me immense pleasure to be part of Chandrayaan-3 and acting as mission director.
03:53I would like to thank each and every team member who has supported in carrying out all
03:59the mission operations flawlessly.
