Posibleng maharap si Vice President Sara Duterte sa kasong paglabag sa Anti-Terror Law, batas na pinirmahan mismo ng amang si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte. Ayon sa NBI na nagsilbi ng subpoena, pagpapaliwanagin para riyan ang bise pati sa reklamong “grave threats” kasunod ng umano’y ng banta niya sa pangulo, unang ginang at house speaker. Pinahaharap ang bise sa tanggapan ng NBI sa biyernes at ipatatawag din ang iba pang kasama niya sa paggawa ng video.
