PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) melepas segmen bisnis es krimnya kepada PT The Magnum Ice Cream Indonesia. Perseroan menandatangani perjanjian pengalihan bisnis pada 22 November 2024.
Nilai transaksi yang dilakukan UNVR sebesar Rp7 triliun, yang mencakup aset tetap dengan nilai pasar sebesar Rp2,55 triliun dan nilai buku bersih pada 30 September 2024 sebesar Rp1,99 triliun, serta nilai persediaan pada 30 September 2024 sebesar Rp172,79 miliar.
