00:00Alice Guo, or Guo Hapwing, is an agent of influence, according to the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency, or NICA.
00:08There is no law yet to give that meaning.
00:11But in the last hearing of the Senate on the Pogos,
00:14NICA Deputy Director General Ashley Acedillo said that Guo is using his position to influence the public's opinion.
00:24What benefits here is the country where he serves.
00:28But NICA has not yet confirmed that Guo is a Chinese spy.
00:32That's why, as the self-confessed Chinese spy, Xie Zixiang, said in a documentary,
00:40Guo is not yet in the Senate hearing because the court is hearing the case of Qualified Trafficking.
