00:05The main index plunged 104.27 points or 1.53 percent, closing at 6,702.59.
00:14While all shares dropped 36.46 points or 0.96 percent, settling at 3,760.08.
00:22Holding firms led the retreat with 2.40 percent.
00:26The total volume of shares traded was 375 million, valued at 4.275 billion pesos.
00:33Decliners outnumbered advancers 125 to 60 with 49 left unchanged.
