00:00Can I say, I didn't get the criticism at Dundee. My own son was watching the game on telly
00:05and he's messaging me, what's Elly doing? Can you keep me happy? And I'm like, I don't
00:08know, same one. I just didn't get it. He's a lightning rod for criticism, an easy one
00:14because the summer it looked like he was going to be away so players automatically, fans
00:19automatically ask him, what was his heart really in it? He was looking for a big summer
00:23move away. But I think he's, again, we're not pretending the Hibs are a complete team,
00:29we're not pretending he's a complete player. Coaches that have worked with him said it's
00:34getting him to switch on all the time, get him to be as disciplined on the other side
00:41of the ball, all these things. He's not destroying teams, he's not going to go out and dominate
00:46every week, but he gives you something. He gives you that ability to, the double dragbacks
00:51and the little dipsy-doodles and stepovers and spins that are going to put defenders
00:56on the back foot. He's got a shot on, you know, his summer move didn't come off probably
01:01because part of it was the injury he picked up in a nothing league cup game at the very
01:06end. And you say, talk about work rate and commitment, you know, he picked up that injury
01:11by challenging the goalkeeper in a game when the Hibs were already five up. He is determined
01:15and I think Grey often comes back to it, he just loves this football, absolutely loves
01:20this football. The noise outside of it annoys him. He just loves ball at feet. And if Hibs
01:25can get that out of him, it will help them and he may get his move in January.
