00:00Congratulations on your first win as United manager. Are you starting to see things that
00:27you hoped you'd see from the players on the team?
00:30I think we improved different things since the last game. I know it's a different competition,
00:37different team, but we improved with the ball. We control more the tempo with the ball, we
00:44push the team a little bit more higher, we create more chances. We should kill the game
00:51before the end of the game. We suffered two transitions, I think we need to improve on
00:59that. Because it was like runs, it was like a physical thing, one against one, we have
01:07to improve on that. But I like some things that the team did today.
01:15Congratulations. I know you said it was all about the win tonight, but how special was
01:20the welcome and the whole experience?
01:22It was special because half of the stadium doesn't know me. You can say I came from
01:32Portugal and half of the stadium doesn't know me. I have done nothing for this club yet,
01:41but the way they supported me in the beginning, I felt that I'm not alone. I'm like one
01:48of them now. It was really special and I hope not to disappoint my supporters.
01:58It feels as though the number nine position is quite important in the way that your team
02:03sets up. Rasmus, over time Manchester United have spent a lot of money on him and maybe
02:10some people have doubted whether he's worth it. What have you seen, what do you think
02:15of his performance tonight?
02:17I think he improved the connection. I think he has to improve more because sometimes he
02:23gives too many touches when he holds the ball. But it's very important for us because when
02:29we are in the low block, he's the guy to hold the ball and connect for transitions.
02:34He did that very well. He has those characteristics. He was aggressive in the goals, he was aggressive
02:42in the box. He's a quality player. I think he scores the most difficult goals. He has
02:54a lot to improve. It's the same for every player, but he did a great job today.
03:02A question about Boulder if you don't mind. For them to go 2-1 up after the horrible stuff
03:08that they got, what does that say about the character of the team you faced today?
03:12Yes, they are a very well-worked team. They know each other very well. You can understand
03:19that. If you see the goals, it was one touch. So they have the time that we don't have
03:26working together. They have a lot of speed and power. When the transitions, you feel
03:33it in the game that they have a lot of power. It was a tough game in that aspect, but we
03:40controlled very well the tempo of the ball. We kept the ball so long that we controlled
03:45and were able to manage that. It's a great team. I think they will win the league again.
03:52It was a tough match.
