00:14The Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation blocked this AUV

00:20after it crossed the EDSA busway at Main Avenue Station in Quezon City last night.

00:25But even though the number of enforcers stopped the vehicle, the vehicle is still moving.

00:31According to SAIC, this is a DILG vehicle and it is being driven by a 35-year-old man who introduced it to the police.

00:39There were a lot of other enforcers there, but only one didn't move and blocked the front of the vehicle.

00:47This is a DILG vehicle. According to these enforcers, he introduced it to the police as DILG.

00:56The driver's license was confiscated and he was fined P5,000 for the first offense.
