00:20after it crossed the EDSA busway at Main Avenue Station in Quezon City last night.
00:25But even though the number of enforcers stopped the vehicle, the vehicle is still moving.
00:31According to SAIC, this is a DILG vehicle and it is being driven by a 35-year-old man who introduced it to the police.
00:39There were a lot of other enforcers there, but only one didn't move and blocked the front of the vehicle.
