Transcript
00:00I love what I do. I love every minute of it.
00:04I take it like this is going to happen.
00:07You know, I mean, if you want to be a coach, you're going to lose full match.
00:10You're going to have tough periods.
00:12Most probably, you're going to get sacked.
00:15It's part of it. When I did my coaching, I said I don't know when,
00:18but one day it's going to happen.
00:20If it doesn't happen, okay, beautiful.
00:22So you have to go through that journey.
00:24You told yourself that this was the way to cope with it.
00:28Well, that's what I tried.
00:29Because if not, I'm not going to enjoy it.
00:31I really want to, I mean, with the opportunity and the position that I'm in,
00:37if I don't enjoy it, I think that would be crazy.
00:40That would be very selfish.
00:41That's something that I don't want to promote to my kids or my family.
00:44You know, I've been choosing to do this job, so I need to enjoy it.
00:48Losing a match, I hate it.
00:51Absolutely hate it.
00:52It drives me mad.
00:53You know, I really suffer from it.
00:56But it's a way to improve and do things differently.
01:01Okay, move on.
