00:00I am Kendy Pangilinan and when I see a Neurodivergent child under the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Down
00:53Disorder, or Disability, we should be kind to them because I have a sibling like that.
01:03But now, he is in grade 2, even though he is older than me.
01:09So, if you see a person with a disability, don't be mad at them because it's their fault.
01:23We know that they are hurting, that's why they are acting like that.
01:27Actually, I am happy because personally, my thoughts about people with disabilities are that they are sweet people.
01:40Sometimes, they don't control their emotions.
01:45Of course, their brains are not the same as ours.
01:51But personally, I pity them because in my experience, they are really sweet and kind.
02:00Honestly, I don't feel sorry when I see a special child because I know that they are special in God's eyes.
02:10And I know that the family of a child with a special disability or mentally challenged,
02:19I know that God will not let that happen.
02:22That child will be provided for, that child will be taken care of, that child will be loved immensely by the family he or she has.
02:34I see them as angels, especially children with disabilities.
02:41And they actually have a special gift.
02:46I've been exposed to that because there was a time when my eldest son had dyslexia.
02:52So, he went to a special school.
02:55I saw children with disabilities.
02:59And you're surrounded by really genuinely nice children.
03:07I see them as angels.
03:13And I have nothing but admiration for the parents, especially the mothers,
03:19who really have so much patience and love and take their time to be with their children, to teach them.
03:30And you feel also for them because, of course, as a parent of five children,
03:38you worry, you tend to worry too much, in fact, about the future of the children.
03:44Especially the parents who have children with disabilities.
