00:00I don't know, there are ups and downs in this game, but our brothers gave us the resiliency, that's why we need to win this game.
00:09Joshua, at 11 points, he has 2 rebounds, 1 steal.
00:14What can you say about this? You're in the finals again, and you're having a good season so far.
00:21Maybe, as Coach Lopez said, we're happy to be back in the finals, but this game really stuck in our defense.
00:30I really like that we played as a team.
00:35The coaches always remind us that we need to play our game.
00:40This is a good example for all of us.
00:42Thank you. Mike, you have 8 points, 8 rebounds, 5 steals, 4 assists, and plus 20.
00:50Sir, what can you say? Your mindset is 0-0 against Adamson.
00:55How did you maintain your high level of play?
00:59Especially when your opponent is always the one going in.
01:03I think I was kind of inspired by the speech that Rip Gonzalez gave before the game.
01:09It was all about being in the present.
01:12For me, that's always been something I struggled with living in the present.
01:18He really touched home.
01:20He said, don't think about the future, think about the past.
01:24You should always be in the present.
01:27For me, it's really just having that trust in my teammates, my trust in the community.
01:32Whatever happens, we just stay in the moment.
01:35God is in charge of everything.
01:38We just try to do our best and let God take care of the rest.
01:42That really is something that we cling to as a team.
01:45It's something that sums up the next play.
01:49You can't get any play back, you can't get a moment back.
01:52Like Coach Topek said, when you wake up, you can't get that sunshine back.
01:56It's just about soaking in the moment, soaking in.
01:59This is the last year for me and Josh.
02:02It's really going by fast, but if you really take the time to pray and be still with God,
02:07and sit in the presence of God, time really moves really slow.
02:11Okay, thank you.
02:13The floor is open for questions.
02:15So everybody, we're going to face UP again on the second set here.
02:19But what are the biggest differences from the team last year and from UP?
02:24Is it based on the two match-ups you've had so far?
02:27Again, what's obvious during those first two meetings was,
02:32UP didn't have a complete lineup.
02:37So I guess that's one thing that we haven't seen.
02:39And going back to our field oil meetings, they beat us twice.
02:46So that's one thing that we have to remember.
02:49If they're going to be a complete team out there, they're going to be...
02:52Obviously, they came here as the number one team.
02:55We're just slowly catching up on the second spot.
02:58But again, in this final, it's about how we're going to be prepared.
03:02We know UP is always going to be all out and try to be the best that they can be.
03:06It's just going to make us better.
03:08It's just going to challenge us.
03:10Like we said, we don't really put so much on what the other team will do.
03:15But we're just going to focus on ourselves.
03:17And that's what's important for us.
