00:00The International Criminal Court opened a website for those who want to investigate

00:05regarding the war on drugs of the Duterte administration.

00:09Jonathan Andal was there.

00:14I'm asking the ICC to hurry up and start the investigation tomorrow.

00:20The ICC does not scare me a bit.

00:26Two weeks after the attack of former President Rodrigo Duterte,

00:30the International Criminal Court, or ICC, issued a call for witnesses

00:36to investigate the allegations of crimes against humanity

00:40including murder, torture, and sexual violence

00:44in the war on drugs of the Duterte administration.

00:47The ICC is appealing for direct witnesses

00:51including members of the PNP and other legal entities

00:54who are aware of what happened.

01:04The lawyer of the victims of the EJK or extrajudicial killings of the Duterte administration said,

01:09I think they are also looking for additional information

01:13that will connect to Duterte in the death.

01:16I would say that the ICC is now preparing for trial, not just an investigation.

01:23But is it safe to ask for witnesses from the ICC?

01:28They have a process where if your information is material,

01:33heavy, and you need it for the trial,

01:36you will be given witness protection.

01:39They also hope that this December,

01:42a warrant of arrest will be issued against former President Duterte.

01:45Conti said that if Duterte is arrested in the Philippines,
