00:25According to the Office of the President, Deputy Social Secretary Dina Dantonco Arroyo,
00:29Malacanang will open its gates to the public at 4 a.m.
00:34We have Tara sa Palasyo, which opens on December 16.
00:39We open our gates to the public.
00:41Anybody can come here.
00:43We have Simbang Gabi from the 16th to the 24th at 4 a.m.
00:48There will also be free carnival rides and food stalls from different small businesses.
00:56And we have free carnival rides for anybody who wants to come to the palace.

01:03So we're trying to encourage the small business economies to thrive.
01:10This is after President Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos finished the traditional Christmas tree lighting in Malacanang last night.
01:18Visitors to Gate 6 of Malacanang and directly in front of Kalayaan Hall can enter.
01:24Simbang Gabi will start on December 16 and will end on December 24.
01:30Through a simple and meaningful Christmas tree lighting inside the palace,
01:35the President hopes that Filipinos will remember the concepts of unity and cooperation
01:41in the true meaning of Christmas.
