00:00We are here at the site of the ongoing farmers' protest in Noida.
00:27Let's speak to the farmers here and understand what their demands are this time.
00:57Gautambud Nagar is a district where this law is not being followed, whereas in other districts
01:02and other states, this law is being followed everywhere.
01:05According to the Supreme Court and the High Court, we are asking for 10% of the land.
01:09We have those orders, but the authorities, whether it's Noida or Great Noida or Amnar,
01:15they keep misleading us.
01:17For a very long time, we haven't been able to increase the circulate rate for about 10 years.
01:21So, this is also a big demand of ours, that our children should be brought in from employment
01:25and for all our demands, we are in a mode of protest.
01:29This time, we are not going to listen to the government.
01:31The government has a lot of demands, but they don't fulfill them.
01:35What have they done so far?
01:37What is 64%?
01:40They are giving 51%.
01:42Calculate that.
01:4464% is 4,76,000.
01:47And what are they giving to the farmers?
01:494,36,000.
01:51They are giving 30-35,000 rupees.
01:53In the village area of Gautam Budh Nagar, after the Panchayati Raj is over,
01:59this propaganda is a move to declare a urban area and put pressure on their rights.
02:05Because till today, the farmers' circulate rate for the land, which was supposed to increase by 2010-2011,
02:12it didn't increase by a single rupee.
02:14And the situation is that, when they talk to the residents,
02:20every 6th month, they have a board meeting
02:23and after that, they increase it.
02:25But the farmers' circulate rate hasn't increased till today.
02:27Why?
02:28In 2002, our land was sold.
02:30They didn't write the approval of the land.
02:33They said that 10% of the land will be yours.
02:37We didn't get 10%, we got all the land.
02:40The farmers are being misled, they are being misled by the authorities.
02:44They are being misled.
02:45They don't write anything.
02:47The farmers are looting everything.
02:49They are not letting us get our land.
02:51They are not letting us get our land.
02:53Let us go to Delhi.
02:55The farmers don't have any MSP, nothing.
02:57What are they doing for the farmers?
02:59There was a shortage of manure.
03:01They reduced it from 50kg to 45kg.
03:03They are being misled to register with the farmers.
03:05They removed the land and put it in the name of the railway.
03:08They scared the entire village.
03:09And they said that half of the money will be given to you later.
03:12The innocent farmers registered.
03:15And today, they are neither giving 10% nor are they really giving money.
03:19If the government doesn't listen to you this time, what will be your next step?
03:24My next step will be that when our country is in the hands of the British,
03:29I will take my rights from them.
03:33The next step for the farmers is to go to Delhi.
03:37Until our demands are not fulfilled, we will not leave Delhi.
03:41We will go to Delhi.
03:42We will all stay here.
03:44We will eat and drink here.
03:46Just like Ghazipur was closed to Delhi, we will stay here with our tents and animals.
03:52We will settle here until our names are not mentioned.
03:54We will get a 10% plottery.
03:56We will implement the 2013 law.
03:58And our circle rate will not increase.
04:00We will not fulfill our demands until we leave Delhi.
04:03If the government or the administration doesn't listen to us,
04:05Delhi is not far from us.
04:08And no one can stop us from going to Delhi.
04:09Because it is a farmer's Delhi.
04:11Delhi is not someone else's property.
04:13In democracy, everyone has the right to protest.
04:17And this is our right.
04:18We are not begging anyone.
04:19We are asking for our rights.
04:20We broke one barricade.
04:22The government told us to discuss these two issues.
04:28Until then, we have decided that we will not go home.
04:31We have decided to protest from the 25th.
04:35Until yesterday, we were in Yamuna.
04:36Before that, we were in Greater Nevada.
04:38Now, we will stay here.
04:40As soon as we get a chance, we will go to Delhi.
04:45If we don't get a chance, we will go home.
04:50Will people sit here?
04:52We will sit here and protest.
04:55But you said that you asked for a week's time.
04:58No one is giving us time.
05:00They are lying.
05:04We don't have time.
05:06We will stop the road and go.
05:09The traffic has started.
05:11We will stop the traffic.
05:14How long will you sit here?
05:15Until we get a chance.
05:17What do you want?
05:1810% for us and one person's job.
05:20We want 10%.
05:22We want 14% of the money.
05:24You said that you spoke to the leaders.
05:28You asked for a week's time.
05:30We asked for a week's time.
05:31How many times have you asked for it?
05:33It's been a month or two.
05:35How many times have you asked for it?
05:38We are not taking it.
05:40They are taking it.
05:42Our boys are not taking it.
05:44The land is ours.
05:46The land is ours.
05:48The land is ours.
05:50They are not taking it.
05:52They are not giving us 10%.
05:54They are not giving us 10%.
05:56That's why we are sitting on the road.
05:58The traffic has started.
06:00We will go home.
06:02We will die.
06:04We will die.
06:07We are doing this for our honesty.
06:09We are not cheating anyone.
06:11We are asking for our land.
06:13We are not going anywhere.
06:15We are one.
