00:00In the beginning of the games in the currently happening Bintiaga Friendship Games in Puerto Princesa, Palawan,

00:12each of the teams won different kinds of medals from different countries.

00:16But what we can see here is the same emotion.

00:25In sports, there are winners and losers.

00:28There is also a chance that behind the joy of victory, there is a sadness of defeat.

00:34But what is important is showing courage, determination, and courage in the game.

01:08This is my first and last competition like this because I'm busy with school.

01:12I won't be allowed to play in school because I'm so busy.

01:16And I really don't have time to train.

01:20It's a waste. I'll give it to others.

01:23I'll give it to those who can train more.

01:26I'm a bit emotional because it's my last competition and I lost.

01:29And because Bintiaga Event is one of the Friendship Games,

01:33regardless of the medal, other athletes who participated in this kind of event enjoy it.

01:40They are super kind.

01:43I saw them huddle earlier.

01:45They were huddling like what we do in international competitions.

01:49It was super fun.

01:51First and foremost, they are strong.

01:53And I'm willing to make friends with them, to bond with them.

01:58That's why it's a Friendship Game.

02:00So, we need to bond with each other to be united.

02:04For me, this is a wonderful experience.

02:09Of course, because it's international and we're happy to represent the Philippines.

02:13For this experience, I really enjoyed it.

02:16I feel like this has been a great opportunity for me, not only as an athlete,

02:21but holistically as well because I think it was nice playing with archers from other countries.

02:29In the end, whether you win or lose, you know that you gave your all to yourself.

02:34Not only for yourself, but also for the country you represent.
