00:00The National Task Force to End the Local Communist Armed Conflict, or NTF-ELCAC,
00:05called the Makabayan Bloc because of the sudden tensions in politics for their own benefit.
00:12Undersecretary Ernesto C. Torres, Jr.,
00:17Executive Director of NTF-ELCAC, accused the Makabayan Bloc
00:20that President Ferdinand O. Marcos, Jr. temporarily became the spokesman
00:24for the impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte.
00:29The Makabayan Bloc accused the Makabayan Bloc of defending democracy
00:34while concealing their true motives and intentions.
00:37Torres accused the Makabayan Bloc of conducting a group at the request of the President
00:41to stop the impeachment proceedings
00:44which is part of the broader strategy of the Communist Party of the Philippines, or CPP,
00:50to show that there is political instability.
00:54According to the NTF-ELCAC's mandate,
00:56the unity and support of the administration is protected
