00:00Hello and welcome to What's On in Wigan this week. Make it a Christmas to remember with a

00:04special screening of the family favourite The Snowman accompanied by a live orchestra.

00:09The show includes a fun festive Christmas carol sing-along and popular favourites from the stage

00:14and screen. This magical festive show featuring Wigan Youth Orchestra is perfect for the whole

00:19family to enjoy. It takes place at Robin Park Leisure Centre on December 12th and tickets are

00:25available online. The Hawk in Hawkley Hall is hosting a Christmas rock bash in aid of Andy's

00:31Man Club. There will be live music, a raffle and an appearance from the Grinch and it takes place

00:36on December 14th from 7.30pm. Or why not enjoy Breakfast with Santa at the Vibe in Wigan.

00:44There will be festive music, a gift for every child and a photo with the man himself

00:48and it takes place on December 14th at 11am. And finally are your kids desperate to get the

00:55list to Santa before the big day? Bring them down to Feast at the Mills to meet Jingles,

01:01Feast resident elf on the shelf who will help them write the best letter to Santa.

01:06Once written they can post it into the special Christmas post box and then listen to some

01:10Christmas stories. This free event takes place on December 15th from 2pm.
